Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Technician III to perform preventative maintenance and advanced repairs on heavy‑duty trucks and trailers.

You will diagnose complex vehicle system failures and train junior technicians in company procedures, while ensuring safety and quality in every job. Applicants should have a Diesel Technology Associates degree and at least seven years of Class 7–8 truck experience, with proficiency in brakes, suspensions, electrical, and engine work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience with Class 7 & 8 trucks.
• Experience repairing 53’ trailers and diagnostic work.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction.
• Train new service shop employees on procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and filters.
• Repair brakes, suspensions, electrical, exhaust, and engines.
• Test drive and diagnose vehicle systems using proper equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and ensure quality before delivery.
