Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to diagnose and repair multi‑system components on heavy‑duty trucks and refuse equipment. You will work on chassis, engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and HVAC, both on-site and on the road, using scan tools and welding fabrication when needed.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience and a valid license; ASE certifications are a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement plans, PTO, and stock plans.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of technician experience on heavy-duty trucks.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1–T8) are a plus but not required.
• CDL B or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck subsystems on-site and on-road.
• Repair chassis components, refuse bodies, engines, braking, suspension, drive train, and HVAC.
• Diagnose electrical issues with scan tools; perform welding and fabrication.
• Complete company training programs and follow safety requirements.
