Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to perform repair and maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment, including chassis, hydraulics, air brakes, engines, HVAC and drive train systems.

The role emphasizes diagnosing complex issues, on‑site and road work, and ongoing training with state‑of‑the‑art fleet technology. A CDL and ASE certifications are a plus; 5–7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diagnose multi‑system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• 5–7 years of experience as a technician on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Ability to inspects and repair multiple heavy‑truck or automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel and non‑diesel equipment on-site and on the road.
• Repair major systems including chassis, brakes, engines, hydraulics and HVAC.
• Diagnose electrical and aftertreatment issues with appropriate tools.
