Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician A to service our fleet of heavy-duty trucks. You will diagnose and repair multi-system vehicle components, including diesel engines, air and hydraulic braking, and HVAC systems, with opportunities to work on on-site and road maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, ASE certifications (T1–T8) are a plus, and a valid CDL is beneficial. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth potential within

Qualifications

• Diagnose multi-system issues with technical expertise.
• 5–7 years of experience as a technician on heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to perform repairs with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain heavy-duty trucks on-site and on the road.
• Diagnose diesel fuel and aftertreatment systems and perform diagnostics.
• Repair chassis, air and hydraulic braking, HVAC, suspension and drive train components.
• Participate in company training programs and safety policies.
