Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Maintenance Technician A to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel trucks and related systems. You will service chassis, bodies, brakes, engines, HVAC, and suspension components, both on-site and on the road, using advanced diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a technician on heavy-duty trucks.
• Ase Heavy Truck Certifications (T1–T8) are a plus but not required.
• CDL Class B or higher is a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks.
• Diagnose engine, braking, electrical, and HVAC systems and perform repairs.
• On-site and on-road repairs with diagnostic tools and welding.
• Complete company training programs and follow safety standards.
