Cox Fleet, a leading on-site mobile maintenance provider, is hiring a Sr. Shop Diesel Technician to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and complex diagnostics on trucks and trailers.

You will handle electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, prioritize repairs, and work with service writers to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT/OSHA, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in light/medium/heavy-duty maintenance and inspections.
• Ase certifications or willingness to obtain them within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensed DOT inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair light to heavy-duty truck systems.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and complete documentation.
