Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is looking for a skilled technician to ensure the reliable operation of their fleet vehicles in Concord, NC. This role involves preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and various repairs on a wide range of vehicles including light-duty and heavy-duty trucks.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of technical training plus relevant experience. The position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible hours and the chance to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required).
• 2 years of fleet maintenance experience or 5 years overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
• Conduct FAI/CVI inspections on all fleet vehicles.
• Perform quality maintenance repairs as required.
• Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write-ups promptly.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions to manufacturer specifications.
