Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of diagnostics sales experience.
• Experience selling to health system and laboratory environments.
• Ability to craft and execute financial strategies with value-based selling.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Salesforce for managing sales cycles and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across assigned accounts.
• Lead Day in the Lab engagements to uncover operational inefficiencies.
• Develop financial strategies and price-macking aligned with customer objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to pursue must-win opportunities.
• Build and deepen executive-level relationships to deliver long-term value.
