Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, offers a fully remote Field Service Engineer role focused on Beckman Coulter equipment. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair systems across Automation, Immunoassay, Chemistry, and more, with a strong customer-service component.

The role requires 1 year of diagnostic/repair experience and an associate or higher or equivalent education. Remote work, travel up to 15%, and on-call expectations apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, military experience, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Working independently, troubleshoot, install, perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment, with customer focus.
• Maintain accurate service logs, order repair parts, and use systems such as OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and assist in training new Field Service Engineers.
