Job summary

Eliyan, a leading chiplet startup in San Francisco, seeks a DFT Implementation Lead to drive advanced test architectures for 2.5D/3DIC systems. You will own DFT strategies across RTL, physical design, and test infrastructure, delivering scalable collateral for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 15+ years in hardware DFT, testability, and physical design.
• Expertise in JTAG, scan, and BIST architectures.
• Experience with ATPG and EDA tools (Tessent, TetraMax, Genus, Tempus, DC, PrimeTime).
• Post-silicon validation and ATE patterns bring-up on Advantest ATEs.
• Hands-on DFT on 2.5D/3DIC and chiplet-based systems.
• Knowledge of IEEE 1838/1687/1500.
• Scripting in Tcl, Python, or Perl.
• Startup-visible, data-driven communicator.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DFT IP and features for ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with digital, analog, and physical design teams to integrate DFT into RTL.
• Define hierarchical DFT constraints and sign-off across multi-mode/multi-corner.
• Deliver DFT architecture documents for PHYs and chiplets with collateral plans.
• Create dashboards and coverage matrices for hand-off to Test Engineering.
