Job summary

Eliyan is seeking a Principal Digital Verification Engineer to lead verification for chiplets and related connectivity IPs in a fast-paced startup. You will develop state-of-the-art testbenches, maintain end-to-end verification, and drive coverage-driven methodologies across block and chip-level validation.

You will guide junior engineers, integrate third-party VIPs, and coordinate with design teams to ensure high-quality silicon while supporting CI/CD and automated regression workflows.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; 15+ years of experience.
• Expertise in UVM, SystemVerilog test environments, and assertion coding.
• Strong coverage-driven verification experience.
• Experience integrating 3rd party VIPs and connectivity protocols.
• Proven startup-like environment experience and leadership of junior engineers.
• Strong debugging skills and microcontroller peripheral knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical verification leadership to Eliyan products and guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop and execute verification plans for connectivity IPs and chiplets.
• Create and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM-based verification environments.
• Write and debug SystemVerilog/UVM test cases for block and chip level.
• Maintain a regression environment for enabling design CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure design quality and coverage.
• Develop, maintain, and track test plan items toward RTL freeze.
• Drive state-of-the-art verification methodologies for silicon verification.
• Own end-to-end verification for company products.
• Automate verification flows including automated regression flow.
