ComPsych Corporation is modernizing how applications are built and shipped, moving to the cloud and standardizing CI/CD. You will join the DevSecOps team, shaping engineering practices, pipelines, and automation across multiple product teams.

You’ll lead infrastructure design, emphasize AI-driven pipeline automation, and ensure security gates and observability are integral to production. This high-leverage role demands hands-on expertise in containers, Kubernetes, and IaC with Python/Java.

Qualifications

• You already work this way: agentic AI to plan and build CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Production CI/CD and cloud infrastructure at real scale (AWS or Azure), including on-call load.
• Testing, security, and observability are built-in requirements; “it works” and “it’s safe” are the same bar.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple application teams and DevSecOps peers.
• Hands-on depth building CI/CD and deployment automation: containers, Kubernetes, Helm, serverless, and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM); languages like Python/Java.
• Security is shifted-left with SAST/DAST/SCA, least-privilege IAM, and encryption in transit and at rest.

Responsabilités

• Own CI/CD and infrastructure design across the teams you support.
• Define pipeline tests, policy-as-code, and security gates; validate they prove the intended outcomes.
• Develop shared standards with DevSecOps peers to accelerate teams safely.
• Own observability: instrument services, align alerts with product SLOs, assist debugging in production.
• Maintain accountability for reviews, deployment calls, on-call response, and incident learnings.
• Mentor teams on leveraging AI to specify, delegate, and validate DevSecOps work.
