ComPsych Corporation is modernizing its engineering organization to deliver AI-led, customer-facing experiences. We seek a Senior Software Engineer who shapes software, emphasizes system design, and uses AI as a development surface while retaining rigorous human review for every release.

You’ll own planning, design, code, tests, and production operations, collaborating with product, design, and security to build scalable, secure platforms across our technology stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Deep server-side experience in Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, or Go.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, REST contracts, and SQL under load.
• Experience with production systems on AWS or Azure, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
• Agentic AI development experience and ability to validate AI-generated output.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design system architectures, data models, and API contracts with product and design.
• Direct implementation by guiding AI-assisted development and stepping in when needed.
• Define testing strategy and ensure appropriate coverage across unit, integration, and contract tests.
• Build security, reliability, and observability into every system from the start.
• Maintain rigorous code reviews and production judgment, including on-call accountability.
• Coach engineers to specify, delegate, and validate AI-driven work rather than hand-coding.
