ComPsych Corporation seeks a Senior Software Engineer to help modernize customer-facing web and mobile experiences with AI-led development practices. You will focus on system design, task decomposition, and technical direction while AI assists code generation and testing.

You will own the lifecycle from planning to production, ensuring security and observability, with a strong emphasis on reliability and scalable architectures in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern languages.
• Experience building production services end-to-end with clear ownership.
• REST contracts, versioning, OAuth2/OIDC, and scalable SQL designs.
• Experience with async/event-driven architectures in production.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design system architecture, data models, and API contracts.
• Direct implementation with AI-assisted code generation, stepping in when needed.
• Own tests design and validate coverage across unit, integration, and contract levels.
• Build security, reliability, and observability into the product from the start.
• Maintain production judgment and on-call responsibility, regardless of author.
• Mentor engineers to effectively use AI in development and validation.
