Job summary

ComPsych is modernizing its software delivery by moving to the cloud and standardizing CI/CD practices. You'll join the DevSecOps team to build consistent pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment practices across multiple product teams.

You will shape design decisions, direct AI-driven pipelines, and ensure security gates and observability are baked into every release. A high-leverage technical leadership role in a global healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building production CI/CD and cloud infrastructure at real scale (AWS or Azure).
• Hands-on depth with containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and IaC in production.
• Security, testing, and observability are designed in from the start.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD and infrastructure design across teams, including blue/green, canary, and feature flags.
• Define verification strategy with pipeline tests, policy-as-code, and security gates.
• Develop shared DevSecOps standards and patterns with peers.
• Own observability and production incident readiness across services.
• Maintain human accountability in reviews, on-call decisions, and post-incident learning.
• Coach teams on AI-assisted deployment practices and responsible automation.
