Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across multiple data center sites. The role involves coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations to deliver on-time, on-budget campus development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for updates and Excel for budgets.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create monthly executive updates on development program status.
• Develop master development plans and capital budgets with site stakeholders.
• Coordinate entitlements, permitting and approvals for sites.
• Review pay applications and change orders from contractors.
