Job summary

You will lead the development function for the Youth For Christ USA Inc. chapter, shaping revenue growth by engaging major donors, foundations, and corporate partners. The role collaborates with the Executive Director to translate ministry stories into compelling investment opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing donor portfolios, orchestrating large-scale events, and driving grant-writing pipelines to sustain multiple ministry sites and future expansion.

Qualifications

• BA in Marketing, Communications, Projects or Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one-year event experience.
• Minimum one-year development experience.

Responsibilities

• Major Donor Cultivation & Moves Management: cultivate and steward a portfolio of 75–100 major donors ($2,500+ annually).
• Executive Facilitation: assist the Executive Director with high-level donor pitches and proposals.
• Vision Casting: take donors to ministry sites to connect giving with impact.
• Strategic Campaigns & Event Execution: lead annual fundraising banquets and golf tournaments.
• Giving Logistics: design year-end matching campaigns and monthly partner acquisition pushes.
• Corporate Partnerships: develop sponsorship packages for local businesses.
• Foundations, Institutional Grants & Church Alliances: draft proposals to foundations and church partners.
• Shared Infrastructure, Database & Team Alignment: ensure data integrity in Salesforce and pledges tracking.
• Personal Ministry Fund: build a network of prayer and donor partners to support leadership.
