Job summary

Youth For Christ USA Inc. in Denver seeks a Director of Chapters to advance the Movement Strategic Plan across more than 110 chapters nationwide.

The role leads growth, mobilizes resources, and inspires action through a team of Chapter Specialists while collaborating with NSC and division leaders. The position requires strong spiritual and organizational leadership, coaching abilities, and a track record of building alignment across diverse teams to sustain mission growth and healthy chapter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience working within a federation-style or similarly independent organizational structure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chapter Growth with strategic plans aligned to The Movement Strategic Plan.
• Manage and develop the Chapter Specialist team.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support NSC and Movement priorities.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve growth and alignment.
• Oversee budgeting and fundraising responsibilities within the Division.
