Qualifications

• Leadership experience in youth ministry, nonprofit organizations, or church ministry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and steward financial resources.
• Ability to recruit, equip, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute strategy aligned with YFC processes and best practices.
• Develop and implement a five-year strategic plan for the area.
• Lead donor development and fundraising initiatives with annual plans and budgets.
• Cultivate relationships with churches, schools, and community partners.
