Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct ministry experience.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and volunteers.
• Experience coordinating multiple ministry sites and programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of YFC USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ministry models across chapters and sites.
• Develop long-term ministry vision with the Executive Director and Board.
• Lead staff meetings and unify ministry communications.
