Gunnison Consulting Group is seeking a Desktop Technician III to support the Department of the Interior/Indian Affairs user base across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and network infrastructure.

This role installs, configures, and troubleshoots hardware and software, supports Microsoft OS, Office, Google Workspace, and specialized applications such as GIS/AutoCAD, while documenting incidents in a ticketing system.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related technical experience.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network gear.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced Tier II/III support and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Provide advanced desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft OS, Office, and Google Workspace.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Support GIS, AutoCAD, and other business applications.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and changes in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
