Job summary

Gunnison Consulting Group is seeking a Desktop Technician to support the DOI/IA user base across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, support Office and Google Workspace, and assist with GIS/AutoCAD applications while documenting incidents in a ticketing system.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent, 3 years of related experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a government

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related technical experience.
• Experience in desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and independently resolve issues.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier II/III technical support and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Deliver desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Support GIS, AutoCAD, or other business applications.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and changes in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
