You will work closely with IT leadership, travel between nearby offices as needed, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a modern Microsoft-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Experience working directly with end users in a professional environment.
• Organized approach to documentation and ticket management.
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support requests.
• Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets through the help desk system.
• Provide onsite desktop support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and common workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related Microsoft applications.
• Travel between nearby office locations as needed.
• Escalate advanced infrastructure or networking issues to appropriate resources.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve support processes.
