Job summary

Proven IT in Franklin, TN seeks a Tier II IT Support Specialist to back healthcare partners, including Ambulatory Surgical Centers. You'll handle advanced IT requests, assist with hardware, and contribute to projects, training, and service improvements.

You will lead by example, mentor Tier I staff, manage complex tickets, and ensure secure, efficient IT operations across patient-care environments.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID/Azure AD.
Experience with Active Directory, MFA, Intune and SharePoint.
Networking fundamentals and PC/laptop troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and backup solutions.
Excellent documentation of procedures and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as Tier II escalation point for end users and mentor Tier I staff.
Interact with clients remotely, by phone, or in-person to identify IT challenges.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date ticket documentation including troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex system and network issues.
Assist with server administration, backups, and IT projects.
Support VoIP systems (MS Teams Voice) and Meraki/Sophos networks.
Demonstrate leadership, cross-train teammates, and respond to outages as needed.
