Job summary

Proven IT in Franklin, TN is seeking a Tier II IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for healthcare clients, including Ambulatory Surgical Centers. You will mentor Tier I staff, manage tickets, and contribute to server, network, and VoIP projects while collaborating across teams to continuously improve services.

The role requires a BS in CS or equivalent, 2+ years of IT support, and strong Microsoft 365/AzureAD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with IT certifications.
• At least 2 years of progressive IT support experience, including escalations.
• Desirable Ambulatory Surgical Center experience; not a substitute for credential.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud services expertise.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and mentor Tier I staff.
• Engage with clients to identify IT challenges and deliver solutions.
• Maintain precise ticket documentation from issue to resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex system and network issues.
• Manage server, network, and infrastructure projects.
• Support VoIP and network infrastructure across healthcare locations.
• Lead with AD, Azure AD, MS 365 suite, Intune, SharePoint and related tech.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
