Job summary
Info Origin Inc. seeks a Senior Desktop Support Technician to be based onsite in Richmond, VA for a long-term contract.
You will support Windows 11 systems, laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and performing laptop refreshes. Responsibilities include remote management using SCCM, Remote Desktop, and Dameware, plus generating reports, analyzing recurring issues, and driving service improvements while delivering excellent
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, BIOS, and Windows OS.
- Experience with SCCM/SMS, Remote Desktop, and Dameware.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, driver, BIOS, and network issues.
- Perform software installations, configurations, and laptop refreshes.
- Use SCCM/SMS, Remote Desktop, and Dameware for remote management.
- Support Windows 11, MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
- Generate reports and analyze recurring issues to improve services.
- Collect customer feedback to improve support processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with teammates.
