Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support professional in Vienna, Virginia, to provide on-site technical assistance five days a week. The role requires diagnosing hardware/software issues, basic networking and cybersecurity know-how, and familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.

The position is a 6-month initial contract with potential extension. Primary duties include supporting Windows 11 endpoints, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, and Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS).
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing).
• Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Troubleshoot Palo Alto Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints.
• Troubleshoot issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 productivity software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
