Qualifications

• Associate Degree in IT or related field.
• Network+ COMPTIA class completion.
• Experience with 5-7 years Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and file servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support and assist Tier III as needed.
• Deploy system & security patches with IT team.
• Perform data migrations and assist in restorations.
• Audit and maintain inventory of hardware and software.
