Job summary

Axiom Bank is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and secure our Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization environments at the Maitland, FL location. You will manage Intune and Entra ID, oversee backup/recovery, and administer M365 and Azure resources.

Responsibilities include maintaining network infrastructure, implementing security controls, and supporting the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking platform.

Qualifications

• Assc. degree or equivalent in a related technology field and experience in IT operations.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including systems administration/infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; Azure administration knowledge.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments including AD/GP/DNS/DHCP and file/print services.
• Manage virtualization infrastructure (VMware or Hyper-V) including VM lifecycle.
• Own backup and recovery operations, testing, and retention compliance.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and incidents; respond to issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Configure and maintain Azure resources, licensing, security tooling, and cost monitoring.
• Maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and remote access.
• Support information security controls per GLBA/FFIEC; audits and incident response.
• Draft IT policies, SOPs, and support change management processes.
• Provide backup support for Jack Henry SilverLake core banking platform.
