Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• Network+ COMPTIA certification completed.
• 5-7 years Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and file servers experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support; assist Tier III as needed.
• Assist with deployment of system and security patches.
• Assist Network Administrator with network tasks and 1st line troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
• Maintain and support Bank systems including Office 365, NuPoint, and AD.
