Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an IT Technician I to provide Tier 2 day-to-day operational support for end users, covering hardware, software, networking, and VoIP systems. The role includes documenting solutions and building a support knowledge base.

Responsibilities include assisting Facilities when needed, maintaining equipment, and handling branch maintenance at all locations. Strong foundational IT experience and dedicated customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months related experience or training.
• Must provide service with HEART to internal customers.
• Experience with hardware, software, and networking support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking.
• Troubleshoot laptops/desktops, network equipment, server hardware/software.
• Support VoIP telephony and Microsoft 365, document solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base content; assist Facilities as needed.
