TEKsystems Enterprise Transportation and Logistics are seeking an experienced support representative to augment the team after an internal promotion. The group supports roughly 2,500 corporate users across 26,000 employees and uses ServiceNow for ticketing.

The role mixes hardware/software support, imaging, provisioning access and device patches, with a goal to automate processes via PowerShell. The position is onsite in Thomasville, NC, with a contract-to-hire path and a pay range of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop support for hardware/software in an enterprise environment.
• Powershell scripting experience and ability to write scripts to automate tasks.
• Tanium patching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and energy/initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support, imaging new PCs, provisioning access and patching devices.
• Support enterprise users via ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Automate as many processes as possible using PowerShell.
