Qualifications

• Provide timely hardware and software support across desktops, printers, mobiles, and infrastructure devices.
• Plan and test OS releases, patches, and software deployments to minimize impact on users.
• Troubleshoot and perform upgrades, parts replacement, and basic repair on assets.
• Imaging and provisioning devices as needed to support end users.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and dispatch of devices to users.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of hardware and software for end users.
• Test, plan and supervise deployment of OS releases and patches.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair assets as needed.
• Image devices including desktops and laptops for users.
• Handle IT shipping/receiving and device dispatch to users.
• Track and resolve hardware inventory issues and user tickets.
