Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Marketing & Business Development team. This remote, full-time role leads a diverse portfolio from concept to delivery, collaborating with attorneys and BD professionals to produce high-quality creative across print, digital, video, and presentations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior design experience, a strong portfolio, and expert Adobe CC skills. In-house brand experience and video/editing capabilities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7 years of senior level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through completion in fast-paced environments.
• In-house brand side or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Video content creation proficiency (Premiere Pro or similar).
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for sophisticated executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from intake to final delivery across print, digital, and video formats.
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing, BD, events, and communications.
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals and storytelling.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations that balance visuals with usability and brand consistency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and priorities, guiding creative direction and timelines.
• Uphold Fisher Phillips brand standards and collaborate on governance of design systems.
• Mentor and contribute to team development and process improvements.
