Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP seeks an experienced Senior Designer to lead high-quality creative work for marketing, business development, and recruit ment efforts. You will translate complex information into clear visuals across print, digital, events, and video, while collaborating with attorneys and leadership to meet business objectives.

You will manage multiple projects, uphold brand standards, and mentor junior designers, contributing to team development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of senior level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience independently leading design projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Experience creating and editing professional video content; Premiere Pro required; motion graphics a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations; typography and layout expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high-quality creative work across formats, including advertising, events, client materials, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Create and edit video content for marketing, business development, recruiting, events, and communications.
• Apply storytelling to presentations and complex materials to improve clarity and impact.
• Develop sophisticated, editable PowerPoint presentations that balance design with usability and brand consistency.
• Manage projects from intake to final delivery with minimal oversight and strong stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Marketing/BD teams, and leadership to align objectives and deliverables.
