Qualifications

7+ years senior design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
In-house brand or professional services experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software.

Responsibilities

Lead design and production of high-quality creative work across formats including advertising, events, campaigns, and presentations.
Create and edit professional video content for marketing, recruiting, events, and firm communications.
Translate complex information into clear, compelling visual communications.
Develop sophisticated, editable PowerPoint presentations with brand consistency.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, prioritizing effectively.
Advise on brand standards and governance within design systems.
