Fisher Phillips LLP seeks a Senior Designer to lead diverse creative projects—print, digital, video—within the Marketing & Business Development team. You will partner with attorneys and professionals to translate complex information into clear visual communications and maintain brand systems.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of senior design experience, mastery of Adobe CC, and strong presentation design skills, with a proactive, client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 7 years of senior level design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an in-house brand or professional services environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across print, digital, and video formats.
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing and events.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations with brand consistency.
• Provide creative consultation and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure brand standards and governance across outputs.
• Mentor and develop junior designers and contribute to team growth.
