Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Designer for our Marketing & Business Development team. This remote-friendly role supports business development, recruiting, events, and internal communications, delivering high-quality creative work across print, digital, and video.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior design experience, expert Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to lead projects with minimal direction while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of senior level design experience with strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery in fast-paced environments.
• In-house brand experience and strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills are required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating polished executive presentations.
• Excellent typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high-quality work across formats including print, digital, and presentations.
• Create and edit video content for marketing and events.
• Translate complex information into clear, visual communications.
• Develop sophisticated, editable PowerPoint presentations with brand consistency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and multiple projects with independence and judgement.
• Contribute to brand governance and team development.
