Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of senior design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
• Experience independently leading design projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment
• In-house brand environment experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Video content creation and editing using Premiere Pro; motion graphics a plus
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration with attorneys and cross-functional teams

• Lead the design and production of high-quality creative across formats (print, digital, video, presentations)
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing, business development, and events
• Develop sophisticated PowerPoint presentations balancing visual design and usability
• Provide creative consultation and manage stakeholder relationships across teams

• Improve Creative Services workflows and contribute to team development
