Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our Marketing & Business Development team in a full-time remote role available to multiple U.S. locations.

The Senior Designer will manage a diverse portfolio, develop high-quality creative, and translate complex information into clear visuals for business development, recruiting events, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior design experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; experience may be considered
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
• Experience leading design projects and managing multiple stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in an in-house brand environment is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and video editing tools
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create sophisticated, editable presentations for executives
• Excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, imagery, and brand systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high-quality creative work across formats (print, digital, video)
• Develop and edit professional video content for marketing, BD, events, and firm communications
• Apply visual storytelling to complex, text-heavy materials to improve clarity
• Create polished, brand-consistent PowerPoint presentations for professional audiences
• Manage multiple high-priority projects, advising on scope, timing and dependencies
• Collaborate with attorneys, BD professionals and firm leadership to align objectives and deliverables
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to team development
