The ideal candidate has 7+ years in senior design, strong portfolio, expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and video editing, and thrives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level design degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in senior design with strong portfolio across print & digital.
• Experience leading projects and managing multiple deadlines.
• In-house branding experience in professional services preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps and PowerPoint.
• Video editing experience with Premiere Pro; motion graphics a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and brand governance understanding.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high-quality work across formats.
• Create and edit video content for marketing and events.
• Translate complex information into clear visual communications.
