Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join the Marketing & Business Development team. This remote-friendly role requires leading diverse creative projects, translating complex information into clear visuals, and upholding brand standards across print, digital, and video.

You will collaborate with attorneys, BD professionals, and leadership on strategy, events, and firm communications.

Qualifications

7 years of senior level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
Experience independently leading design projects from concept through completion including multiple projects and deadlines
In-house brand experience in a professional services environment is preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication
Strong written and verbal communication and client service mindset
Comfort working in a PC based corporate technology environment

Responsibilities

Lead the design and production of high quality materials across formats including campaigns, pitches, brochures, and digital assets
Create and edit professional video content for marketing, recruiting, events and firm communications
Develop polished PowerPoint presentations balancing visual design and usability
Manage multiple high-priority projects, coordinate with attorneys and BD teams, ensuring on-time delivery
Review work against requests and advise on optimization, branding and production standards
