Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment.
• In-house brand or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from intake to final delivery.
• Develop high quality design across print and digital formats for campaigns and events.
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing, business development, recruiting, events and communications.
• Apply visual storytelling to complex or text-heavy materials for clear communication.
• Ensure brand standards and governance across outputs.
• Collaborate with attorneys and BD teams to understand objectives and deliverables.
