Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and govern our design system across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, and drive accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) throughout product experiences.

You will partner with product management on TheraNest initiatives, applying research, prototyping, and scalable design patterns to deliver accessible, responsive user experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, with 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience evolving design systems, components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility and applying accessible design practices.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Experience partnering with PMs and cross-functional teams in iterative cycles.
• Advanced Figma skills including tokens, branching, and parity with code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences.
• Evaluate accessibility/usability, advocate for WCAG/ADA-aligned practices.
• Maintain design system documentation, usage guidance, and specifications.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, and governance activities.
• Translate needs into actionable backlog items and collaborate with PMs and engineering.
• Mentor designers and raise design system fluency across the team.
