Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile products. You will own the design system, its components, tokens, and accessibility standards while partnering with engineering to keep design and code in sync.

You’ll collaborate with product management to apply research and create accessible, responsive experience. A portfolio is required to apply and you will influence design at scale while staying connected to customer needs.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including design systems
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences
• Experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams
• Advanced Figma skills including components, prototyping, and token management

Responsabilidades

• Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile
• Own and improve components, tokens, documentation, and governance
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, review, test, and release design system updates
• Maintain parity between designed and coded components across responsive experiences
• Incorporate accessibility from the start and advocate WCAG/ADA practices
• Create and maintain design system docs, usage guidance, and specs
• Plan user research and usability testing in collaboration with product partners
• Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Mentor designers and raise design system fluency across the team
• Partner with product managers for TheraNest initiatives and align with business goals
