Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences for our web and mobile products. You will lead the evolution of the design system, ensuring components, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and governance are cohesive across teams.

You’ll partner with engineering to keep designed and coded sources in sync, mentor designers, and influence design at scale while staying connected to customer needs within the healthcare space.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Advanced Figma skills including component design, prototyping, and token management.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and collaborating with engineers on a coded component library.
• Online portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve its components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance practices.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code, guiding teams on component behavior across responsive layouts.
• Build accessibility into components from the start and advocate for WCAG/ADA practices.
• Document accessibility expectations and maintain comprehensive design system docs.
