Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape our design system across web and mobile, owning components, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.

You will partner with engineering and product management to maintain parity between design and code, lead user research and usability testing, mentor other designers, and create scalable, accessible experiences that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design
• 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences
• Advanced Figma skills for components, prototyping, and tokens
• Portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and guide teams on component behavior across responsive experiences
• Write and prioritize design system backlog items with product owner and engineering
