Job summary

Ensora Health seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences across web and mobile while owning the design system governance. You will collaborate with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, and mentor others to elevate design craft and system fluency.

You will drive accessibility, research, and scalable solutions for therapists and practices, influencing product cycles and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

6+ years in product or UX design, including design systems.
Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
Proven experience evolving a design system across multiple products.
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
Advanced Figma skills and AI-assisted design workflows.
Collaborates closely with product managers and engineers.
Portfolio showing design system and product design work.

Responsibilities

Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
Maintain parity between designed and coded sources for responsive experiences.
Evaluate accessibility/usability and document WCAG/ADA expectations.
Maintain design system documentation and usage guidance.
Support AI readiness through tokens, guidance, and workflows.
Lead design system meetings and governance activities.
Translate user/product/technical needs into actionable work.
