Job summary

Luminaire is seeking a Senior Design & Sales Consultant to blend design passion with proven selling skills in a dynamic showroom setting. You will generate new business, present our design philosophy, and lead projects from concept to close.

The role emphasizes relationship building, KPI attainment, and collaboration across departments, with responsibilities for maintaining CRM data and coordinating with the Showroom Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Experience in high-end European furnishings is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with design software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual New Orders and Closed Order Targets.
• Generate prospective clientele from showroom visits or outreach via phone or video.
• Meet KPI targets as set by Showroom Manager.
• Arrange meetings with prospects to demonstrate products.
• Identify new business opportunities in the market including architectural projects and developments.
• Track competitors’ activities within the industry.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other departments and cross-sell opportunities.
• Fully utilize the CRM system with precise data entry.
