Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a driven showroom sales professional to blend client service with technical project design.

You will engage trade and consumer clients, deliver lighting solutions, and support projects from inception to completion in a luxury showroom environment. The role requires 3+ years in showroom sales, a background in design/build sectors, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales experience.
• Experience within design or building products industry.
• Lighting knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; D365 knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems for client management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Manage sales process from opportunity to invoice with exceptional customer service.
• Develop and sustain relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners.
• Collaborate with Visual Comfort Design Studio to prepare design documentation and BOMs.
• Maintain showroom standards and participate in a rotating Saturday schedule.
